These days with all of the crazy things that are happening in the workforce and economy it can be tough to hire the right candidates and retain them while also ensuring that work quality is world-class. As a Paid Media Buyer, I have seen this issue present itself time and time again at Agencies where I've worked and with Agencies that have outsourced their Paid Media needs to me.

With 10 years of experience in Paid Media across multiple channels and verticals, I can confidently say that I have almost seen it all! I have built successful funnels for multiple accounts in E-commerce and Lead Generation verticals. I have found time and time again that success comes from implementing great creative, copy, CTA's, offers, and Websites or Landing Pages.
Throughout my 10 years in the Paid Media industry, I have worked with small, medium, and large accounts. From local SMBs to national brands, I have managed Paid Media budgets ranging from $5k to $350k per month. This has allowed me to run extensive testing for creative, copy, CTA's, audiences, and destination URLs. Ultimately, I have been able to identify winning strategies for Paid Media across Paid Social and Paid Search.
I understand that not every Product or Service is created equal. Furthermore, each Business has different offerings and caters to different demographics. This has been a crucial part of every strategy that I have developed throughout my career. I like to take a deep dive into each account to further understand their industry, competitors, customers, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Based on all of these components, I get to work and curate a strategy that is tailored specifically for each account.
Creative, creative, creative! I can not stress enough how important creative is and what a huge role it plays when it comes to building effective ads. Historically, I have seen videos, GIFs, and animations outperform every other type of content on Paid Social. On the side of YouTube Ads, well-curated videos that tell a story and have strong Calls To Action always perform the best. Based on my experience and historical data I always like to really dive into the creative and identify any gaps that need to be filled in order to enhance performance.
Experience across multiple channels. Throughout my career, I have been able to master Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon PPC. I've also had the chance to work with other Paid Media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, Taboola, and Walmart Marketplace. Having a clear understanding of the various platforms and how to leverage a multichannel approach has been essential to my success in Paid Media. I understand the power of utilizing Paid Social for Awareness and Engagements at the top of the funnel while focusing heavily on the bottom of the funnel remarketing through Paid Search.
Performance. Tried-and-true strategies are the name of the game! While it is always important to constantly test, there are four to five key elements that I've seen work tremendously throughout my trajectory as a Paid Media buyer. Some of these elements include Creative, Copy, Targeting, Offer, and Destination URL. All of these elements combined with a full-funnel strategy have proven time and time again to do the trick when it comes to driving performance. I have been able to rescue and scale accounts with very poor ROAS with these tried-and-true strategies. While these strategies do not guarantee results I am 100% confident in my skills, and experience, and I know exactly what it takes to run successful paid media campaigns for E-commerce and Lead Generation.

Why do I offer to white-label my services vs. going after clients?
The reason is simple, I am not a fan of customer service. While all services require customer service, I have found that it is much easier to communicate with customers that understand Paid Media. In this case Marketing Agencies. A lot of clients don't really understand how Paid Media works and I rather spend my time doing what I love; running Paid Media campaigns vs. explaining to clients time and time again how things work.
What sort of results can I generate?
On average I've been able to generate 2x to 5x results on a consistent basis for clients as a freelancer and in my previous roles. I have managed a few unicorn accounts where I've generated ROAS ranging from 10x to 30x but this has been with additional support from Influencer Marketing and Performance PR. Typically if an account is in a negative ROAS position I recommend at least three to six months to turn things around to get the account to a positive ROAS.
How many clients do I manage at once?
This really depends on the size of the accounts, I have usually managed anywhere between 5-25 accounts at once. I do have the capacity to manage more accounts as I have built a small team of remote Paid Media buyers that I manage and direct.
Am I willing to be at client meetings?
Not quite, as I mentioned before my passion is in Paid Media, not customer service. My services include reporting and insights and I will make sure to pass along any information that's needed for client meetings. In some rare cases, I am willing to make an exception. For example, if it's a very large or complex account that requires additional technical support, I can join those meetings but there will be an additional fee involved.
